Product Inquiry Button is a block that can be added to your product page from your theme editor.
When a customer click on it, it will directly lead the customer to your Instagram DM or Messenger conversation with 2 messages attached Automatically. These messages are:
- The product which the customer click the button on.
- A text message which can be customized on the opt-in config.
What are the benefits?
- When a customer contacts you via Instagram DM or Messenger, the customer is in your contact list. They can be reached out by anytime to boost your sale.
- You and the customer can see the product in the conversation (as the product will be attached to the conversation automatically), the customer does need to copy and paste the product URL to ask for more information.
Setup Tips
1. The General setting must be setup and activated to use the Product Inquiry Button.
2. If you have multiple social account connected, you can choose an active Product Inquiry Button to display on your product page as you wish.
3. When a customer clicks on the Product Inquiry Button from a desktop browser, and the destination is Instagram Inbox, the automatic messages will not be attached. This limit is set by the Meta platform.
