    Once you’ve logged in and connected your social accounts to Biobiogo, this is how to schedule posts using the app.

    1. Go to Scheduled Posts page by clicking on Automations, click Scheduled Posts on the top menu bar, and Click on the + button at the right bottom of the screen.

    2. Then you will be redirect the post editor. In this page you will be able to design and schedule the post to all platforms and social accounts you have connected to Biobiogo.

    Here are what you are able to fill in the post editor:

    Destination accounts: where your post should be posted to

    Medias: photos and videos will appear on your posts

    Post type: image, video, carousel & slideshow (created from images)

    Post caption: text that will appear on the posts

    Location tag: tag a location to the post

    Product URL: a URL will appear on the post, can be any kind of web links

    Params to the Product URL: params to add to the URL, it can help you to track the traffic source.

    A shoppable automation: a automation sells products direct from your post

    Edit scheduled post

    Don’t forget that you can edit individual posts afterward. To do so simply go to Scheduled Posts page by clicking on Automations, click Scheduled Posts on the top menu bar.

  • Synchronize your medias to your social accounts from Dropbox

    Do you know that you can simply put your media files like photos and videos to your Dropbox folder and these files can be post to your social accounts like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterests?

    With Biobiogo Auto Post you can enable this feature within minutes. Here is how you can do it.

    1. Connect your Dropbox and social accounts

    To connect your Dropbox and social accounts, login your account and go to https://biobiogo.com/my/social-connect/overview or click Settings on the top menu bar on your account.

    2. Create your Auto Post campaigns

    To create an auto post campaign is very easy. Click Automation, then click Auto Post on the top menu bar, then you will be able to create your campaigns.

    During the campaign creation, choose your Dropbox account as the data source, and you will also required to choose a social account as the destination where your media files will be posted to.

    After choosing your data source and the post destination, you will be redirected to the campaign editor where you will edit the campaign details.

    While editing your campaign details, you will be required to enter the Dropbox folder name where your media files are stored. Please note that the folder path prefix /Dropbox/Apps/biobiogo/ is fixed. For example your enter a name My Photos, the full path will be /Dropbox/Apps/biobiogo/My Photos. Files put into this path will be posted to the destination automatically from day by day.

    3. Organize your files in the Dropbox folder

    Please note files in the Dropbox folder will also need to be well organized. As detailed below.

    Accepted file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF & MP4

    A single photo/video post: you will need to put the file to the target path directly for example /Dropbox/Apps/biobiogo/My Photos. The file name will be the post caption.

    Carousel post: you will need to put the carousel photo into a subfolder, for example /Dropbox/Apps/biobiogo/My Photos/These are my todays work. The subfolder name will be the post caption.

  • Link your Instagram to your Facebook Page and Connect to an App

    So you have an Instagram account and a Facebook page, but they’re not linked. To start, make sure you’re an admin of the Facebook page you wish to link your Instagram to, and have below properties ready.

    1. An Instagram Professional Account
    2. A Facebook Page

    Switch to Instagram Professional Account

    Turning an Instagram account to a profession account is very simple and is completely free. Here is how you are going to do it.

    1. Tap profile icon or your profile picture to go to your profile.
    2. Tap menu button at the top right corner of the screen, tap Settings and privacy, then Account type and tools, tap Switch to Profession account.
    3. Then in the section Which Best Describe You, you may choose Creator or Business, either one is acceptable.
    4. After choosing your category, simply follow the instruction to complete further steps.

    Link the Instagram Account to Your Facebook Page

    1. Sign in to your Facebook account.
    2. Select Pages on the left, and then select the page you are going to connect your Instagram account to. If you don’t have a page and wonder how to create one, click here >
    3. Select Settings at the bottom of the Manage Page menu on the left.
    4. Select Instagram from the Page settings menu.
    5. Select Connect account.
    6. Enter your Instagram account credentials (username and password) and then select Log In.

    Now you Instagram account shall be linked to your Facebook Page. If you want to connect the Instagram to an app, you may keep reading.

    Connect the Instagram Account to Biobiogo

    Connecting your Instagram accounts to DolphinSuite is very simple. To do so, click here or click Settings on the top menu bar, click Social Connect, then click Connect Instagram to start the connection process.

    Please read through the follow content before connecting your account, because the connecting process is not very friendly designed.

    To start connecting, click on the Connect Instagram button and a dialog will be prompted up, it shall be look like the following screenshot.

    In this dialog you shall choose the Instagram account which you would like to connect to the app. You may all Select All to connect all accounts to the app.

    However, it can also be look like the following screenshot if you have connected your account to this app before.

    In this case you shall click on the Edit Settings button to review your permissions you have given and make sure you are connecting the right accounts.

    This is very important, after having selected your Instagram account(s), you will also need choose the Facebook Page(s), which must be the pages the Instagram accounts (you have selected in the previous step) linked to.

    Choose the right Pages, click Next to review the permission and proceed. You shall be good to go.

    If you have not missed any steps of the above, you Instagram accounts should be connected to the app properly.

    If you have more than 1 social account connected, you can repeat the step to setup the synchronization to synchronize your product to multiple social accounts.

    Step 3

    Creating a Shoppable Post only requires a couple of click as we have introduced our Shoppable Post in a previous post, click here to learn more.

    2. Config the Automation to Work with Your Followers

    Step 1

    While setting up the automation on the shoppable post, you will choose the second one as your automation template.

    Step 2

    In the Condition component, choose a follower from the select box The commenter is.

    Step 3

    In the Reply to Comment component you may set a message like “Please check your DM” as we will DM the coupon code to the commenter.

    Step 4

    In the Send Private Message component you may set a message that contains the coupon code as this message will be sent to the commenter’s DM inbox, and also define the Button Label, for example “Shop Now” as there will be a button accompanied with the message. Like the following graphic.

    Step 5

    Finally in the Send Call-to-Action component, you will set a multiple media message which will be sent to the commenter’s DM inbox when the commenter click on the “Shop Now” button on the above message you have just set. Like the following graphic.

    The last thing is click on the Save Automation button to deploy the automation the post you have created.

  • Apply discount to your Instagram followers automatically

    Even though growing followers on Instagram is not an easy job, but it does not mean that there is no better ways.

    Rewarding your followers a discount can attract more buyers and customers to follow your Instagram and also preventing from loosing them.

    To deal with the case with a shoppable post is a piece of cake, look at the following graphic to see how it works.

    Now all you need to do is to offer 2 different product URLs.

    1. A common product URL, for non-followers
    2. A product URL which a discount code inserted into, for followers (click here to learn inserting a discount code into your Shopify product URL).

    While setting up the automation on the shoppable post (how to create a shoppable post?), you will see 2 different Action URLs in the Send Call-To-Action component.

    Action URL: the primary URL, if there is no Action URL (for followers) set, this URL will be used to send to all buyers. This URL will be fill automatically if you click on the Shopify Icon to fill the component from your Shopify Store.

    Action URL (for followers): the URL will be used to send when the buyer or customer is a follower of your Instagram, if set.

    If you wish to offer a discount to your Instagram followers automatically, consider filling Action URL (for followers) with a product URL which a discount code is inserted into.

    Step 1: Create your discount code on your Shopify admin panel

    1. Click Discount on the left side menu

    3. Follow the instruction to create the discount code

    Step 2: Form the discounted product URL

    What does work is to use the discount permalink, with a redirect. For example:

    2. SETUP an automation DO THE MAGIC

    Step 1

    As soon as having your post created, you will be prompted to setup an automation. In order to setup the rewarding automation, you will need to choose the below template.

    Step 2

    In the Trigger component, you will setup the comment keyword and the number of friends you would like your followers to tag in the comment.

    Comment matches: in this case you will input *.

    Friends tagged: the number of friends you would like your followers to tag in the comment.

    Step 3

    In the Send Private Message component, you will setup your reward message which once the comment meets the Trigger criteria. In this case you may include the coupon code in the message body, like the below image.

    Button Label is required as your your follower click on it the automation can send the Call-To-Action message.

    Step 4

    The Send Call-To-Action component, in this example, you may choose your product as the CTA which will be sent to your followers when they click on the button in the Private Message you have just set in previous step. If you have a Shopify store connected, then just simply click on the Shopify Icon to fill this component.

    Finally click on the Save Automation button then you are good to go and test.

    Important note: the automation WILL NOT respond to your own comments even it meets the trigger criteria. If you want to preform a test please use other accounts to comment on the post.

    There are only few clicks to create your shoppable posts and publish to your Instagram and Facebook feeds. Here is the steps:

    1. Connect your Instagram or Facebook accounts
    2. Create your Shoppable Posts

    1. Connect your Instagram or Facebook accounts

    Navigate to Automations > Overview page, you will be able to connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.

    2. Create your shoppable posts

    After connected your account, click Setup button beside your connected accounts.

    Then all your posts will be shown on one page. In this page click Create New Post.

    A dialog will be prompted which allows you to fill the post information.

    Images: if you have a Shopify store connected, click on the Shopify Icon to browse your products and all data can be filled from your Shopify store product. Otherwise you may click on the Image Icon to browse the images you are going to post.

    Post caption: if the form is filled from a Shopify product, the post caption will also be filled with your product description. Otherwise you may fill it manually.

    Watermark text: a phrase that can be append to the post images, for example Comment “shop” to order this item as you may wish your audience can easily find out how they can shop, your post will looks like the following image.

    Click Post button to publish your post.

    3. Setup the automation

    Having your post created, you need to setup an automation to respond to the comments automatically.

    As soon as your post being created, you will be prompted to choose a automation template.

    Choose one template and setup the automation.

    In this step you will have several components to setup:

    Condition: is how the automation behavior when someone comments on your post. For example you may fill *shop* in the Comment matches field as you have set Comment “shop” to order this item as the watermark text while creating the post. In this case anyone comments in the post that contains shop, the automation will respond to the comment according your setup.

    Reply To Comment: the message you would like to reply to the comments which containing shop. For example Please check your DM as the automation is going to send the product link to the person who added this comment.

    Send Call-To-Action: in this example, you may choose your product as the CTA which will be sent to the person who added the comment. If you have a Shopify store connected, then just simply click on the Shopify Icon to fill this component.

    Finally click on the Save Automation button then you are good to go and test.

    Important note:

    the automation WILL NOT respond to your own comments even it meets the conditions. If you want to preform a test you may use other accounts to comment on the post.

  • How to add FAQs to my Biobiogo?

    You may want to add FAQ blocks to help your audience understand your products and service better.

    Adding an FAQ block is just as simple as adding a regular link to your Biobiogo. Here is how we can do it.

    1. Login to your Biobiogo account
    2. Click Links on the top menu bar
    3. Click Add Link button
    4. Choose Question & Answer
    5. Fill in the question and answer in the editor.
    6. If you would like to use an image/graph to explain the question, you may click on the Image Icon (witch is at the right side of the Save button) to upload one.
  • How to add a product to your Biobiogo?

    You can add or update information about a product such as its name, description, image, price and other configuration in your Links dashboard. Here how we will do it.

    1. Sign in to your Biobiogo account, if you don’t have one, create one, it is completely free.
    2. Click Links on the top menu bar to go to your link dashboard.
    3. Click Add Link, choose Physical\Digital Product.
    4. Enter a title, optionally a description.
    5. Click on the Image icon to upload a nice image.
    6. Click on the $ icon to setup a price, which you may charge a single/recurring payment.

  • Create a business account and a business page on Facebook for free

    Business Manager is a Facebook tool that helps you organize and manage your business. When you join Business Manager, coworkers can’t view your personal Facebook profile unless you approve their friend requests. Coworkers can only see your name, work email address and the Pages and ad accounts you have access to.

    The good news is, creating a Facebook account and Pages for a business is pretty simple, and you likely already have all the components you need to get started. Here is how we can do that.

    Create a Facebook Business Account

    Go to https://business.facebook.com

    Click Create Account. Enter a name for your business, your name and work email address and click Next. Enter your business details and click Submit. Verify your work email then your account will be ready.

    Create a Facebook Page

    If you don’t have a Facebook Page, then create one.

    Go to https://www.facebook.com/pages/

    Click + Create new page, Enter a name for your page, choose one or more categories which best describes your content, enter a nice description and click Create Page.

    Then upload a page photo a page photo and a cover, click Save. Your page will then be ready.

    Add the Page to Your Business Account

    Go to https://business.facebook.com/

    1. Go to Business Settings. It looks like a gear icon in your sidebar.
    2. In the Business Assets section, click Accounts. Then, click Pages.
    3. Click Add in the dropdown menu.
    4. Select Add a Page.
    5. Enter the Facebook Page name or URL.
    6. Click Add Page.

    1. Create a Telegram Bot

    Click here https://telegram.me/botfather to talk to Telegram BotFather. In the chat box, hit Start.

    To create a new Telegram bot, send command /newbot.

    Then you will be asked to give the bot a friendly name and a username. A friendly name can be any words. But a username must end in bot. E.g. Tetris_bot or Tetrisbot.

    After sending your friendly name and username, you will be given an access token Which you will need it to connect the bot to your Biobiogo, copy it.

    2. Connect the Bot to Your Biobiogo

    Login to your Biobiogo account. Click Settings on the top menu bar, scroll to the Social Integration section, select Telegram bot to continue.

    Insert your Telegram bot access token and click Connect. Then your bot will be connected to your Biobiogo promptly.

    3. Create a Telegram Group & Add the Bot to It

    Create a telegram group and add the bot to it, or add the bot to an existing private group. Once the bot added to the group, the bot will tell you the Group ID. Copy the ID, it will be needed for a further step.

    A Group ID can be a negative number.

    Set your bot as a group admin. To do so, in the group chat box tap the group name on the top menu bar, tap Edit at the top right screen, tap Administrator, then add your bot.

    4. Add the Group to Your Biobiogo

    Go be to your Biobiogo account dashboard and preform following steps

    1. Click Add Link button, then choose Telegram Private Group
    2. Insert your Group ID
    3. Click on the money icon $ and set your price
    4. Click Save button.

    Group Member Permissions

    If you would to set a restriction on the group members, for example, disabling message sending permission on them.

    To do so, go to your group chat box, tap the group name on the top menu bar, tap Edit at the top right screen, tap Permissions.

    How to add a Dropbox Shared Link to your Biobiogo?

    1. Upload your contents to your Dropbox (can be files and folders).
    2. Generate a Shared Link (Learn how to generate a Shared Link manually) of your contents in your Dropbox and Copy it.
    3. Login to your Biobiogo, click on Add Link button, then choose Dropbox Shared Link.
    4. Paste the Shared Link you have just copied from your Dropbox to the URL field.
    5. If you want to set a price or set a lock to the link, click on the lock icon or the $ icon.
    6. After finish setting up, click Save button.

    How to add a Dropbox Folder to your Biobiogo?

    1. Login to your Biobiogo account, click Settings on the top menu bar.
    2. Scroll down to Social Integration section. Click Dropbox and connect your account.
    3. Click Links on the top menu bar to go back to your link dashboard.
    4. Click Add Link button then choose Dropbox Folder.
    5. In the link editor, enter a folder name (folder will be created if not exists).
    6. If you want to set a price or set a lock to the link, click on the lock icon or the $ icon.
    7. After finish setting up, click Save button.

    1. Login to your biobiogo account.
    2. Click on Share button on the link dashboard, then copy your biobiogo URL.
    3. Add the URL to your profile on one of mentioned platforms (the instruction adding your URL to these platforms see attached below).

    Once you have finished adding your URL to your social profile, then go back to your biobiogo account.

    1. Click the menu icon on the top menu bar, click Account.
    2. Click Account Verification button at the bottom of the page.
    3. Fill the the form to tell us which platform you have added your biobiogo to, and what is the username, then submit.

    Simply copy your link URL, go to the About page on your profile, click on Contact and basic info, then click on + Add a website, paste your URL into the Website address field, and click Save. Go to Facebook >

  • Reposition, edit, archive and delete a link

    To modify your existing link is very easy. Just simply login to your link dashboard, click Edit Link button. Then you will be able to edit each of your links.

    In your link dashboard you can

    1. Click Edit Link to switch edit mode.
    2. Drag and drop to reposition of links.
    3. Delete link.
    4. Archive link.
    5. Edit the details of the link.
    6. When you done editing, click Done button to switch back to preview mode.

    1. Click the menu button at the top left corner of the page.
    2. Click Account Information
    3. Then you will see Change and verify email address and Change password button.

    Note:

    If you use Facebook, Google or Twitter to sign up, you will not have a password by default, and you will not able to login with email and password.

    In this case if you wish to use your email address and password to login to your biobiogo account in the future for some reasons, you may use the find password feature to set a new password.

    To do so, go to the login page, click on Forgot, and follow the instructions to create a new password.

  • Connect your Biobiogo to your Instagram DM Inbox

    Preparation

    To connect Biobiogo to your Instagram messaging inbox, you are required to have below properties ready.

    Good news is obtaining all these things are pretty simple and free, you likely already have all the components you need to get started

    • Switch your Instagram to a Professional Account
    • A Facebook Page
    • Connect your Instagram Account to your Facebook Page

    Get Instagram Professional Account

    Make sure you can successfully connect your Instagram account to a Facebook page, you will need a professional account of Instagram.

    Turning an Instagram account to a profession account is very simple and completely free. Here is how you are going to do it.

    1. Tap profile icon or your profile picture to go to your profile.
    2. Tap menu button at the top right corner of the screen, tap Settings, find Account, then tap Switch to Profession account.
    3. Then in the section Which Best Describe You, you may choose Creator or Business, either one is acceptable.
    4. After choosing your category, simply follow the instruction to complete further steps.

    Either Creator or Business account are able to be connected. However, if you wish to have the persistent menu (as is like below), you should have the Business Account.

    Connect Instagram Account to Your Facebook Page

    1. Sign in to your Facebook account.
    2. Select Pages on the left, and then select the page you are going to connect your Instagram account to. If you don’t have a page and wonder how to create one, click here >
    3. Select Settings at the bottom of the Manage Page menu on the left.
    4. Select Instagram from the Page settings menu.
    5. Select Connect account.
    6. Enter your Instagram account credentials (username and password) and then select Log In.

    Connect Your Biobiogo to The Instagram Messaging Inbox

    Having your Instagram account connected to your Facebook Page, go back to Biobigo account.

    1. Click on Settings on the top menu bar.
    2. Click on Connect to messaging apps at to top of the left-side section.
    3. Select Instagram Messaging in the dropdown menu.

    In this section click Connect Instagram messaging button. Then you will be prompted to select the Instagram account and the Facebook Page the Instagram account connected to.

    Prompt step 1: Select the Instagram account you wish to connect.

    Prompt step 2: Select the page which your Instagram account connected to.

    This step is very important, if you have chosen a mismatch page, your Biobiogo will not be working in your Instagram massaging inbox.

    Add Links to Your Instagram Messaging Inbox

    Having connected your Instagram account to Biobiogo, you will be able to connect your links to the messaging inbox.

  • How to add a link to your Biobiogo?

    You can add or update information about a link such as its URL, title, description, image and other configuration in your Links dashboard. Here how we will do it.

    1. Sign in to your Biobiogo account, if you don’t have one, create one, it is completely free.
    2. Click Links on the top menu bar to go to your link dashboard.
    3. Click Add Link and choose a link type.
    4. Enter the URL and link title, optionally a description.
    5. Add an attractive icon if you wish to make your link more attractive, to do so, click on the image icon beside the Save button.

    You may want to require an additional action form your audiences to open the link, click on the Lock icon, actions can be required:

    • Join your mailing list to open the link.
    • Answer a question to open the link.
    • Enter a pass code to open the link.

    If want to request a payment from your visitor to open the link, click on the $ to setup a price, which can be:

    • One-time payment
    • Recurring payment (7 / 30 days)
