These messages are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product which the customer click the button on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A text message which can be customized on the opt-in config.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the benefits?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When a customer contacts you via Instagram DM or Messenger, the customer is in your contact list. When a customer clicks on the <strong>Product Inquiry Button<\/strong> from a desktop browser, and the destination is Instagram Inbox, the automatic messages will not be attached.
